Capriccio! Painting the Music

Music & Painting has had a long love affair similar to that of poetry and music, playing off one another for inspiration
In this concert, Amici explores this relationship with a performance by not only musicians, but also an artist on the stage. Lavinia I. Voicu will literally paint Janacek's Capriccio while the audience watches her process, her inspiration and literally see the colours of the sounds as Ms Voicu sees and hears them.
