b current and Theatre Archipelago present the world premiere of Obeah Opera by Nicole Brooks, February 16 – March 4 2012. Starring Ella Andall, Trinidad and Tobago’s high priestess of Afro Caribbean music, Joni NehRita, Nicole Brooks, Saphire Demitro, Toronto rock soul songstress Saida Baba Talibah, and a chorus of ten fabulous women, Obeah Opera tells the story of women silenced by the most infamous 'witch-hunt' in history.
