Now celebrating their 15th season, Ballet Jorgen is dedicated to developing new works rooted in classical technique. Its 2002/03 plans include: A festival of original Canadian creation (commissioning 8 new works); a remount of Romeo & Juliet which with Velveteen Rabbit will tour Western Canada and US and performances in Toronto; touring of Nutcracker; ongoing educational activities and professional development opportunities for choreographers and dancers.
